How do I setup an account?
Answer
In most cases, new accounts can be set up in less than 24 hours! We allow a courtesy
order of $500 while your account setup is in process. The credit application form

Descriptions in the catalog are intended for general identification only; unless
specified they do not represent any specific brand. Original manufacturer names
or stock numbers that appear in the Chadwell Supply catalog are also for identification
only. Prices are subject to change throughout the year due to market conditions
and the printed catalog price may not always reflect the current price of the product.

Is the pricing on the website accurate?

Yes. The pricing on the website is up-to-the-minute, and takes into account your
purchasing programs, contract item prices and all flyer specials that may be available
to you.

What are my payment terms?

Payment terms are Net 30 Days. Finance charges of 1-1/2% per month on past due balances
may be charged per applicable law.

My company does not allow backorders. Are there other options?

We can easily accommodate the processes of individual companies. Just let your sales
or customer service representatives know.

How do I return an item?
Answer
Returns are easy! Contact any customer service representative to schedule a return
pickup. HVAC Equipment and Appliances may be returned if they are in the original
packaging, unless otherwise approved by the manufacturer. Special ordered items
may only be returned with authorization. A re-stocking fee of 15% may be charged
for undamaged returns.

Fill it out completely, including hardware. Please make sure to let us know which
side of the screen the hardware attaches to, length or width. Fax or email the form
to us with your signature and your new screens will ship 3-4 business days. You
will receive confirmation back that your order has been placed.

What is the warranty provided with HVAC equipment?
Answer
All Comfortstar, Goodman and Rheem units are covered under a 5-year parts warranty
from the date of purchase. There is no labor warranty coverage to repair the equipment.

How do I process a warranty on HVAC equipment?

To process an HCAV Equipment warranty in 3 Easy Steps
1) Determine which part is defective
2) Call Customer Service at 888-341-2423
3) When the new part arrives, your driver will pick up the defective part. Please
make sure to give the completed HVAC Warranty Form to your driver.
4) The credit will automatically be issued to your account

What is the Bradford White warranty?
Answer
If your water heater leaks within the first year, we will pick it up and deliver
a new water heater. All units are covered with a 6-year parts warranty from the
date of purchase.
