Returns

Please contact a Chadwell Supply customer service representative for a Returned Goods Authorization ticket before returning any product. Our drivers cannot pick up returns without an RGA ticket. Any returned product must be in the original, undamaged carton and must be in resalable condition. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% for any return.

Air conditioning equipment and appliances may be returned if and only if they are kept in the original packaging (unless otherwise approved by the manufacturer). Special Orders may not be returned.
