The U.S. heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC) industry is currently undergoing a period of unprecedented change. The pressures driving these changes – technological innovation in building design and energy conservation – are altering the U.S. market with resultant impacts on equipment and applications. This class will focus on the changes that are taking place and will clarify information regarding refrigeration. This class will help to better prepare you to make the right financial decisions going forward. Attendees to this class should be: Service Team Members, Community Managers, Regional Managers, and anyone that will be affected by these changes.

The industry is changing and we can teach you the information, processes and service techniques you need to keep up. Our class is designed to bring a complete understanding of R410A theory, systems and equipment to help the technician make smart financial decisions for their property. In addition, we show how to install new equipment or retrofit current systems safely. There is a open book test with a Chadwell University Certificate awarded upon passing. Each class is taught by a certified ESCO or EPA instructor or a local state certified HVAC contractor. A comprehensive work book is provided that includes a pressure/temperature chart and troubleshooting guide. This is a one day course and lunch is on us!

This is an EPA certified ESCO training program presented by a certified Chadwell University instructor. The course covers all aspects of R410A including theory and safe handling as well as alternative refrigerants. The test must be passed in order to receive the ESCO certification. Please note: The EPA does not require R-410A training or certification though it is highly recommended. This is a one day course and lunch is included.

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has required that all persons handling refrigerants must be certified in order to purchase refrigerants. This course covers and certifies for Core type I, II, III and Universal.
