Adam Porter
A veteran multimedia journalist, Adam invested nearly a decade in the MRO industry before pursuing a career in journalism and content writing. He worked on the supply side at an appliance parts company and as a renovation and repair professional for a maintenance contractor. After two decades sharing stories and crafting compelling content across multiple industries, Adam came back to MRO, joining Chadwell Supply’s Marketing Team in 2023. He is excited to be part of a dynamic team making a real difference for their multifamily MRO customers.
Rebecca Wagner
A Certified Apartment Manager with more than two decades of experience in the multifamily industry, Rebecca began her career as a leasing consultant. She excelled, moving into property management before transitioning to the vendor side of the business, first in commercial advertising then MRO sales. Rebecca says joining the multifamily industry is the “best decision I ever made.” She came to Chadwell Supply in 2017, where she is Vice President of Marketing. Rebecca thrives when helping people, and she loves being part of a team committed to service and fully dedicated to multifamily.
Michelle Childers
Michelle began her career in multifamily in 1990 as a leasing consultant in Birmingham, AL, moving up the ranks to Regional Manager. In 1997, she started a new career in multifamily marketing with Apartment Blue Book, now known as Apartments.com. Michelle was the original publisher of Birmingham Apartment Finder and held the positions of Mid-South Regional Director and VP of Sales for the Eastern United States with Apartment Finder. She was also VP Southeast for Apartments.com/CoStar. In November 2017, Michelle joined Chadwell Supply, where she is Vice President of Industry Relations. Michelle has a great passion for the multifamily industry. She has served on many committees, including serving as Chairman of the National Suppliers Council in 2017.
