We came off the starting line fast in 2026, and we’re building momentum—let’s shift into high gear!

Chadwell Supply kicked off 2026 with our annual ONE Sales Conference and Supplier Partner Trade Show. The theme for this year was Drive to Thrive, and the energy at that event was incredible to experience. We are grateful for the amazing effort and customer-first service our team provides every day. The road ahead is clear, we’re shifting into high gear, and we are excited to see what we will accomplish together.

ONE Conference 2026

The 2026 ONE Sales Conference and Supplier Partner Trade Show raised the bar yet again. Our sales team flew in from across the country to learn and grow together. We celebrated outstanding achievement, sharpened our skills, and made timeless memories every day.

The centerpiece of our Drive to Thrive theme was an eye-catching “Chadwell Supply 1” branded NASCAR. The car was so popular even attendees from other conferences stopped by for a photo.

Guest speakers joined Chadwell Supply owners and executive leadership on stage to deliver powerful presentations that informed and inspired.

Racing legend and keynote speaker Rusty Wallace shared hard-won wisdom he learned on and off the track.

Keynote speaker John Harmeling inspired us to make incremental changes that deliver optimal results.

Rob Chadwell reminded us the Chadwell family built this business on the foundational truth that people matter.

Mark Chadwell encouraged us to remember that how we run this race will determine our success.

We joined the best supplier partners in the business for our Supplier Partner Trade Show on Thursday, which was followed by our inaugural Supplier Awards Dinner.

We came together for a night of fun at “Dave & Jimmy’s,” our racing-themed social night filled with food, fun, and friendly competition.

We capped off this incredible week with the Sales Awards Banquet, recognizing outstanding achievement from the best sales team in multifamily. It was an incredible night celebrating hard work, innovation, and excellence in service.

Making Connections

In March, Chadwell Supply leadership hosted an exclusive, invite-only Customer Panel in Napa, California. Our guests represented nearly one million total units across the United States, and the time invested in “filters-off” conversation was invaluable. As they shared, we gleaned tremendous insight into the unique needs of our customers and reinforced our commitment to be 100% multifamily focused and dedicated to delivering what customers need, when they need it, in a way that makes their jobs easier.

Celebrating Excellence & Making a Difference

Our passionate and professional Purchasing Team works hard every day to make sure we have exactly what our customers need.

We were proud to sponsor the Annual Spikes for Tykes Volleyball Tournament benefiting The Children’s Home Network.

We raised more than $12,000 for Move For Hunger at our 2026 ONE Conference social event.

Our Texas team celebrated our incredible customers with appreciation events across the state.

Chadwell Supply announced an exciting partnership! We are sponsoring one of the best professional beach volleyball teams in the world: TK Nation, Kristen Cruz and Taryn Brasher!

Together, we’re serving up teamwork, dedication, and service on and off the sand. Tara and Kristen are proudly carrying the Chadwell Supply brand across the country and around the world in competition, demonstrating our shared belief that being hardworking, selfless, and solution-oriented delivers success.
